The service

StartupKit Studio provides free startup listings, an automatically computed Investor-Readiness Score, a self-serve sprint, and editorial content. The service is provided as-is; we aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees.

No equity, no advice

We take no equity and no fees for listings. Nothing on this site — including the Investor-Readiness Score, benchmarks, and playbook articles — is investment, legal, or financial advice. The score is an automated content-completeness measure, not an endorsement, valuation, or prediction of fundraising success.

Your listing

• You must have the right to publish the information you list.
• Published listings are public. You are responsible for not publishing confidential information.
• No misleading claims, impersonation, spam, or listings for entities you don't represent. We may unpublish listings that break this, at our discretion.
• You keep ownership of your content and grant us a license to display it.

Accounts

One account works across StartupKit Studio and startupkit.pro. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartupKit Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is free; our total liability is limited to $0.
