Who we are

StartupKit Studio (startupkitstudio.com) is operated by Mahmoud Omar and is part of the StartupKit family of products (startupkit.pro). Contact: hello@startupkitstudio.com.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address (and name/avatar if you sign in with Google), stored with our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Listing data — everything you enter in your startup listing. Note that published listings are public by design: name, tagline, description, sector, stage, country, founders, traction, and score appear on your public registry page.
• Usage data — standard analytics (pages visited, referrer, device type) via Google Analytics, and server logs via our hosting provider, Vercel.

What we use it for

• Operating your account, listing, score, and sprint progress.
• Transactional and lifecycle email (welcome, score breakdown, sprint guidance) via our email provider, Resend. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
• Improving the product through aggregate, anonymized analytics.

We never sell your data. We never share founder contact details with investors or third parties without your explicit action.

One account across StartupKit

Your Studio account is a StartupKit account — the same login works on startupkit.pro, and your work is stored in the same infrastructure. This policy and StartupKit's terms apply to that shared account.

Your rights

You can edit your listing anytime from your dashboard, set it to draft (removing it from the public registry), or request full account deletion by emailing hello@startupkitstudio.com. Deletion removes your account, listing, and associated data within 30 days.

Processors we rely on

Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (analytics), Resend (email). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
