The anti-studio manifesto
A venture studio is a good idea with a bad bottleneck. The playbook works — structured sprints, honest benchmarks, tools instead of advice. The bottleneck is the gate: ten startups a year, an application, a partner meeting, and ten percent of your company.
We removed the gate and kept the playbook. The frameworks are published. The benchmarks are published. The sprint is self-serve. The tools are StartupKit — sixty-plus of them, free to start. Nobody here will book a call with you, and that is a feature.
The registry is our portfolio wall, and it is open to everyone. If the model works, it shows up there — in scores going up and rounds getting closed — not in a logo grid we curated.
